multi link rear axle?

hey, looking to buy lowering springs for my 1.4 125hp leon, 2016, does it have a multi link rear axle? also whats the purpose of it

It's not multi-link on Leon Mk3 150hp or lower, It's a beam axle I think it's called.

I bought used VWR RacingLine ones, cant tell if they will fit cause the axles...
