Does the engine overheat after modification?
I've heard that there are problems with overheating of twincharger 1.4 TSI

If anyone can put these manuals up somewhere so that I can stop hosting them that would be awesome.

I've found this on another site, it looks very simular. 359 - 1.4 TSI-Motor with twincharged It's only 2.62Mb.

Found Here http://www.volkspage.net/technik/ssp/index_eng.php/ (bottom link 301-400) That site also includes, 1.9 PD engine, 6 speed manual, 6 speed DSG, and others.

P.S, Sorry I've not been on SCN for a few weeks, and have only noticed this thread.

Taking the charger cover off on the Ibiza is great fun, its tight on the Golf but there is about 2cms between the back of the cover and the a/c and brake lines on an Ibiza.

anyone that has done the mod with the breather pipes notice a difference in fuel consumption? There must be a way of making them more fuel friendly :p

OMG what where you thinking. I'd hate to be the poor unsuspecting guy with buys that used from a dealer when you are done with it. Utter bobbins.
