my 97 cordy sx build thread :)

Hey guys n girls, been here on this site for a little while now n finally decuided to do a build thread for my 1.6 cordy sx.
I bought the car back in april and was pretty much standard apart from some gopping 17s

The first thing was to matte black the seat badges cos cudnt find a cheap debadged grille at the time

then these arrived in the post

then the 17s didnt fit in with my idea with what i wanted so i got hold of some steels as a stop gap

then got some black steels off a friend of mine and colour coded the centre caps

then i stumbled across these and shot blasted n painted them up

thats as far as iv got so far and heres a few recent pics

Im willing to listen to feedback but i buildin this car for me not any1 else, Still hope ya like it though

i will be the 1st to say welcome and what a tidy looking cordy you got there! any more plans for it?

I will be the 2nd to say welcome!! As has been said above this is a really tidy Cordy that you have. Really like what you have done with the wheels in the last pic!!

And I like what you have said, that you are building the car for yourself .

cheers for the feedback guys. ive enjoyed my ownership of cordelia so far. she has a few little bits i need to sort.
Shes showing a camshaft sensor fault when plugged into vagcom and that means new dissy needed at 100ish quid and also the bumpers are scuffed where previous owner couldnt park i guess but will get round to sorting these problems soon enuff

I love this so much, always been a fan of the 3 door cordys, and this is certainly a tidy one!
