maybe you could go for a K04 or K04 Hybrid.

Might be easier and cheaper to install on your car, as you might not have to change the manifold etc..

...and K04's are cheaper to buy ;)
 
I don't think you can get 'copy' turbo's - lol

However, you might to check with a tuner to see if this will fit your car first.

Bill (Badger 5) is always very helpful.
 
Let's be realistic then, what do I need to achieve 240bhp? well basically top out the K03S

larger downpipe and sports cat or decat plus a decent custom map should see you around those figures with good fuel..
But to sustain the power and get the most from it, a better flowing filter or induction kit and a fmic are ideally needed.

Better brake pads are a good idea too!:)

Pluss you will want to add a FMIC & Forge TIP to that mate :)

Full stage 2 requirements are:

High flow air filter
Forge TIP
Uprated DV
FMIC
Larger down pipe and decat/sports cat
Pluss a good custom map

To go for a hybrid you will need all the above pluss:

LCR/TT/S3 injectors & MAF
Pluss the actuale hybrid k03/s turbo (Turbo dynamics/CR Turbos etc etc) (circa £600)
Pluss a custom map (circa £600)

ps: stay away from the crap on ebay (T3/T4 mani's & turbo's etc)

tip wont improve figures over the exhuast imo... my 242bhp was only after changing the exhaust. Did mention the fmic ;)
oem dv is fine only change if leaking.

Boost Gauge
Open cone air filter
Recirculating dump valve
Unknown remap

Next I should get:

FMIC
Full Exhaust System - what size is best? 2 1/2 inch ?
TIP - does this have to be Forge?

Intercooler would be a good bet to bring down intake temps.

My Exhaust is 2.5" I think

It doesn't have to be Forge no.

If you are going for an aggressive map you may need an uprated fuel pressure regulator.
 

TIP is not the correct one

Top exhaust is only 2.25" as I asked few months ago

Don't know anything about the other place although thats very cheap

Intercooler is same one a couple of people on here have used with good results.
