I have had a few issues with my Ibiza 2017 FR, I had to have a new infotainment system fitted because the factory one completely broke, so I can not access the car computer anymore so I bought a OBD2 scanner for when any faults come up. I have just had a tyre pressure warning light come up I have pumped the tyre back up then plugged the OBD2 scanner in to erase the fault code but it will not connect to my car anymore when I have researched why this might be it says it could be to do with the fitting of the new infotainment system, should I contact the place that fitted it and tell them my issue or go to my mechanic and see if he can fix it, any help or ideas would be appreciated!! :)

I would recommend taking it straight back to the company that installed the system & even show you that it connects before having it back again. Doesn't sound like it's working to me.
I've known garages say they've 'fixed' error codes by simply clearing it, hoping you won't notice & then when you drive off the Christmas tree lights come on. Get what you paid for, & make them prove it. Best of luck.
