went dealers yesterday to pick number plates and sign paper work , wife picks up it up on 1st march 1.4 sport in red with bluetooth & usb 17" alloys . car will be at dealers tuesday so may go and have a look next weekend . they gave her a really good trade in on her 207 cc back in june last year she ordered a 1.4 alfa mito 2 months later the car turned up at the dealer and we went to sign the paper work to be told the sales man had left and had made a mistake with the trade in on the 207 cc and we needed to pay another £2000 so we said no and got our £500 deposit back . The thing is the seat dealer gave us £2000 more for the 207 than alfa did back in june ,so alfas loss seats gain

Well done mate. I was unaware you could actually pick your number plate. Do they have like a list or something and you then choose the number you like best?

Yea a list of like 30 or so, i did this for my boca on fri.

Tbh theres not a gr8 selection but still nice to chose

Yeahhh when i picked my current ibiza i had a few to pick from, unless your REALLY lucky and get something good then the choice isnt great.

But i had bought for me at xmas a 10plate thas says EL10 TMC seeing as my name is Elliot McNally

Yea man, i picked my plate from about 30, luck hadit it had my initials . well happy, was going to get a personalized plate, would of cost me money...... but free cant be bad...............

just a week till pick our new 1.4 sc. sport cannot wait , drove the wife's 207 cc today which is being traded in and noticed it has a problem with the power steering its' gone a bit notchy wife says its been like it for a while so hopefully it will last the next 7 days fingers crossed

wot reg is the car cos if it aint 10 plate then you cant use it as the plate cant be newer than the car.

Yeah it is going to be 10, built last week, hopefully in transit on the way to UK. Here mid march picking it up 1st april

had a call from dealers today bad news car is still on a ship from spain and will not be at the dealers till next wednesday and will not be picking the car up till saturday the 5th . The dealer has said sorry and offered a supaguard and a full tank of fuel for nothing

Congrats - I picked up mine today as well - havn't got my phonebook to download either on a Sony Ericsson W910i - but I havn't had a chance to read the instructions yet, I'm sure im doing something wrong

apart from the iphone problems we took the car for a run today i must say its a nice car to drive the ride is a bit hard but not as bad as my fiat 500 sport the 17" wheels properly don't help plus being a new car it needs to bed in a bit the wife loves it but i think she might miss her 207cc when the warm weather gets here will keep you posted of any problems ,

well had the car a week now and i must say what a great car i think the wife made the right choice it was a toss up between the seat sc sport or a 1.4 alfa mito lusso don't get me wrong the mito is a lovely car but the build quality is not as good and looking on the alfa forum's they seem to have a lot of problems some of them serious . getting back to the ibiza it's only 100 miles go's really well and managed to get the bluetooth sorted . just 1 thing has any one changed a front fog lamp bulb yet as the wife want's up graded [ blue white ] bulbs in changed the h7 headlamp & side light bulbs ordered h11's today for the front fogs many thanks mark
