1st one i've seen in red

When i bought mine in Dealer there was a Blue K1 Didnt even know they made it in blue?

Whenever I've checked they never listed blue as an option for the K1.

I've seen pics of a blue FR with the aero kit before. Defintely looks better without it, but I would say that

Yeah it did Fella. That's what threw me a bit

I thought it may be a new colour for the K1 so i checked the seat site and found they only do 3 colours now White, Black and Silver, the red has been dropped?!

I just called Seat Direct to get a price on a new K1 to be told you can no longer order them, they have stopped making them????

Stopped making them the day before i bought mine. Already put deposit down for it though

Mine is full demonstrator with all the extras included.. Picked it up at good price too With only 1800 miles on the clock.

Next day after getting mine home, checked on Auto Trader and totally standard K1s with no extras at all went from £17,300 to over £20K+ !

Yep realise now it had already been posted on here. There were 15 on auto last week, 3 this week in white tho. None of them have the full spec. Dam taken a deposit on mine to realise i can't replace it in Sept.

Ive given a good ole clean up as best I can, some of them have now come out.

I'll have a look in the car car section but this was one of the points I made when I purchased the car that it didnt look like previous owner gave the bodywork much TLC.

To quote what I said to the dealer,

"So what particular brand of brillo pad did the previous owner use to clean the car with!"

Since the original photos its had a turtle wax t-cut all over and washed with Turtle Wax ICE and a coat of Turtle Wax ICE Wax.

However, there are a few spots that could do with a more detailed/depper clean as some swirls / marks still evident.

What do you recommend?

VAG paint is hard so you will need Menzerna.

If you were closer to me i'd sort it for you.

Had a red LCR like that yrs ago thats when i got into detailing.

Maybe you should get a pro in plenty around now. Get on Detailing World!!
