New Leon ST FR TDI 184 owner

Hello all,

New owner of a 2016 Leon ST 2.0 TDI 184 with tech pack.

Broke down today, 13 days into ownership. More of that in the Mk 3 forum.

Have come from a Ford Kuga, prior to that an Audi A3, and a Focus ST before that (have owned more cars but wont list them all!).

Quite into detailing (washed, clayed, polished and waxed as soon as I got it), and will probably put pictures up of the car in the picture forums.

Big fan of the 184 as they have way more punch than you first expect.

Detailing you say lol I like to dabble in the odd purchase of detailing stuff haha you got a brand you go with or just best of a few companies...?

You can put pictures of your car here if you so wish or create yourself a readers ride if you have some plans for your car or like me like to show off a shiny car haha

I was looking at a both a 150 and 184, but after test driving both, it was a done deal really.

Detailing wise, washed with Meguiars gold class shampoo, wheels cleaned with turtlewax redline wheel cleaner. Then polished with auto glym SRP, then a coat of collinite 476. Finally, windows cleaned with auto glym glass polish, interior with Halfords dash and trim, and that was it.

Any reccomendations for a product that will take out all the white marks left on the exterior black trim by the polish?

Have you tried using Autoglym vinyl & rubber care for the white marks? I assume the MK3 has the black hard rubber around the windows...
