Speed blue is the best colour for sure! I sold mine last year but kind of gutted I did lol
Check this link out for @Legojon and his MK2 R with stage 2+ which should help you out. There's a few things worth looking into like the cam follower and checking your Injectors are OK and Injector baskets have been replaced along with some other preventative items before throwing into the deep end haha
