Hi, new Alhambra owner here. It's an SE L model. Jumping to a 2019 car from a 2009 car, I'm struggling with all of the electronics as we don't use a car that much, and the manual isn't helping.

I have the interior light control set to the the middle "Door contact connection" selection. Nothing happens with any door opening, nor when I unlock the car. The lights work as expected with the other settings.

We've also had an intermittent issue where the electronic boot doesn't close properly; it closes but doesn't lock, and other times where it simply won't open.

I'm wondering if, for the lights, there's a setting I'm missing somewhere, but the boot may be more of an electrical issue (although it's only intermittently happening)?

Thanks a lot,

Mark.

Not familiar with the Alhambra controls but the Altea as I recall you could toggle off the lights to open on the doors. The button was round the mirror area as I recall. The idea is you can be discrete about opening the doors. They do it on police cars. Might be that switch wherever it is needs toggling.

Thanks for the reply. There isn't anything like that on ours. Finding a few more issues now, like the rear door and boot open/close buttons on the centre console also don't appear to be working.
