new springs, orange calipers and a good clean

well I have had the new springs on a couple of weeks now, and me like. I then found some orange caliper paint on the bay which was last weekends job. then today I got the old clay bar out and had a good clean in the sun

for comparison this is before it was lowered

in loving the Calipers were they hard to paint. Car looks mint

I painted them on the car. it was easy, just made sure they was nice and clean and put nice thin coats on. I have also got some heatproof SEAT decals to go on. cheers for the kind comments.

I used apex springs,35mm drop. the ride is not too much different to before. just slightly harsher really. it handles great now though. there is no roly poly when yoy throw it into a bend. love it !!

when the sun hits it after it has been cleaned it actually hurts your eyes to look at it lol. guess nobody can claim they never saw me if they bump into me lol

thanks, no I took all the wheels off and put her on axle stands for the day. I probably could of gone through the wheels as the gaps in the wheels are mahoosive, but wouldnt risk getting paint on the wheels. the other half would kill me lol

Oooh i thought you said thats how you did it lol. Otherwise i was going to say that would of taken you forever. Yeah the gap is quite big, i've got the same wheels.

Really liking the results of those springs though, cheaper and quicker option if im desperate in the future. No more mods for me at the moment though, well trying...lol.

the rims where like that standard mate. but yeah get it done lol it gets crazy amount of looks off people
