Model Year 20/21 New windscreen fitted now car has ADAS error

Hello there I needed a new screen in my Formentor VZ2 this was done via insurance and Autoglass was the company doing the work they have fitted the new front screen but now the car has no ADAS and error codes with them not being able to calibrate it. They have tried to blame my ride height (Racingline lowering springs) but I really doubt this would cause any issues like that.

Has anyone had this issue before?

How did they try to calibrate the windscreen camera? Statically with a domino board?

Yes I believe so.

Have them attempt a dynamic calibration (one where they drive the vehicle on the road). Failing that, take it to a dealership/specialist, have them do the calibration then send your windscreen fitter or insurance the bill.

Probably find the camera is not clipped in correctly, see this a lot.
