Nightbreakers vs hid 6000k

Iv currently got some osram night breaker plus bulbs in my Ibiza and they are noticeably better than standard but I'm just wondering are hids even better? Are they brighter and do they give a better light out?

Hids are in a different league, I use 5000k which are awesome.

5000K will give you a better light output and 6000K, but either are a big step up from night breakers.

I've got Ultra power bulbs which are an improvement over standard, definitely brighter, and whiter to the point that people ask if I've got HIDs.

But having fitted a 5000k HID kit to another car recently, HIDs are a different league. No upgraded bulbs will match a decent HID kit. I got the one in question from HIDs Direct, been fitted almost a year and still work perfectly.

HIDs all the way, used Osram and Philips before, but my 50w 5000k H7R lights up the road so much better!

That settles it then, iv had some 6k hids for ages, will get them fitted next week. Anyone know of any side lights that will match in colour? Guessing white with a hint of blue

Just normal LED 501 Bulbs will do, matches pretty well!

I got my LED sidelights from Lightec Autostyle on ebay. They're the whitest ones I've had to date. Only been fitted a month or so, so can't comment on durability, but they do have a 1 year warranty.

I have 6000k hids dipped beam with osram night breaker full beams, both are excellent
