No shop app, infotainment update needed?

Hi,

I have a 2021/22 Seat Leon ST (KL) with the smaller infotainment system.
I wanted to have full-link which as far as I know could be bought via the shop application.

Probably the infotainmnet system needs an update?
I would do that via USB but I am not sure which update files I need to install. I have the 1969 downloaded (not yet installed), but maybe there is a need to update in a chain.
Do you have experience? Can I directly install the latest or what is the proper chain?

Additional Info: I have Seat ID activated and I am set and logged in with that as active primary user.

I have tried with the 0841 first (from 765) but It was not identiefied at all.

What I did was to get a new USB C pendrive, fromat to FAT32.
Unzipped, copied all the data (Meta, Data folders) onto the pendrive.
Plugged in, go into serviece menu, select sw update from USB, but it shows nothing.

I have read that there should be a .ver file in the root folder, but I don't have it an any downloaded package.
Do you have any idea?

Is there anyone who successfully updated this Multimedia System (w/o Navi) with 0765 SW?

Your system is MEN3, not MOI3 so every update you've listed there is incorrect, you've also attempted to use updates from two different projects (SE38x & SE326). Your car is SE38x

It sounds like you've prepared the USB incorrectly, MEN3 requires the meta and info folders to be inside a container folder named with the full name of the update (for example "MEN3_EU_SE38X_P3295L_MU1805").

We're legally unable to distribute software update files so my advice would be to visit your local dealer/specialist
