I have a query if anyone with experience could answer! I was recommneded by eurocar parts and a friend to use 10w 60 fully sycn.. I haven't heard of anyone using it on their 20v T 's so i thought i'd ask the question whether it would harm the engine if i put it in. I'm aware of the possitives and negatives of using the oil, but i'm wondering if it can be used at all in the 1.8 t 's

My engine spec is a K03s Stage 2 AYP engine running 245 BHP.

Thanks

10W60 is mainly used in BMW "M" engines. IIRC thats quite a thick oil when it gets up to temp  and might end up doing more harm than good.
