Oil temperature in LCR

Last time out I checked the time it took to reach 60 degrees on the oil temp gauge and it was roughly 15 mins from starting the car to reaching 60 degrees, so it does take a wee while to get up to temp.

I'm going to get a RaceDiagnostics Liquid Leon gauge in the next couple of weeks - just waiting for a spare air vent to arrive to mount it in first.

According to the literature in Audi TT BAM engine fitment it does read Oil temperature, not sure if it's the same sensor on the LCR?

I think that BAM engines have a oil temp sensor, use vag-com to read block 50 from the dashboard, you will see it there.

In which case the Liquid Leon guage should read it too!
