Opinions on carbon bonnet...

nosecones in F1 cars are designed to crumple - they have energy absorbing materials built into them.

CF bonnets aren't even designed.

I've seen a very gory image confirming my statement ^^^^ about 'going straight back'

I displayed a little bit of interest in the cf bonnet, but tbh I think only a honda or jap car would look good with one. Anyone seen the white golf on the cover of redline........ now that looks sick. Was thinking os a spray just like it. ive got the black magic cupra and was thinking maybe a red bonnet, roof and boot.

did a bit of googling... apparently they are illegal in australia due to the crumple or lack of issue.

that plus mrs traumapat has read this thread so no carbon bonnet for me

Yeah i'd get the Neuspeed 28mm rear and 25mm front i think.
