Overheating!!!!

Hmm, similar problem with mine this week.... but Pump was replaced with Metal Impeller type from VWSpares at Cambelt Change (Be it 35K ago)
Basically labouring and stop start driving in Edinburgh. Hit 120 degrees stopped and checked. Short stop start journey of 5 miles later on and again went high and turned on heater to pull heat out of engine and could happily keep at 90... Drove home today and got stuck in traffic on Newcastle Central Motorway, no problem at all. Any more ideas or am I going to be getting timing belt, pump and tensioners all over again? No fault codes in system.
