p0413 code can it cause this?

just had my engine management light read at local motoshave because the management light was on and it has a kind of flat spot at just under 3000rpm shown in the video just sort of slows right down for a split second and then carries on...

... the code is p0413 secondary air injection system switching valve A circuit open...

would it cause this, how much is it to get fixed if anyone knows. i don't even know what it does

any help would be much appreciated

yeah seems to throw up a code but no adverse affects to driving back to the drawing board

The first heading in that search though suggests checking for vacuum leaks and also the wiring for the valve so that's somewhere to start.

am i right in thinking the n112 valve needs to be replaced does this somehow control the dv?
