How? I have some Halford colour paint in a spray can (not high temp or caliper) what i do my brembos with this paint if so how?

I also have some etch primer to hand as well as some HIGH TEMP clear laquer

You don't paint or prep them like a body panel. You need to buy some high temp lacquer like e-tech off eBay that's about £15.

You strip back the original paint, clean them then apply the first coat, give it an hour then re-apply. It's good stuff and can probably stretch to doing 3 cars.

Primer, panel paint and lacquer will eventually crack and flake off.

so at what point do you apply the colour???

I think its more than £40 mate.

All you need to do is:

Strip
Clean
Paint
Re-apply
Leave to dry

You'd be surprised just how good a finish you can get using the e-tech stuff providing you apply it sparingly and keep an eye on it.

I've done a few calipers with it and got great results.

It's coloured heat proof lacquer so it doesn't require any extra clear lacquer. About an hour per coat and it dries shiny.
