Passenger wing mirror

Hi im new to this forum, ive had my seat ibiza 1.6 tdi 2010, for around 6 months and only just found out about the folding mirrors feature, using the adjusting mirror nob, but my passenger wing mirror dosent seem to move i can hear the motor whining but it just budge either way. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
