PD130 engine codes

Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but what engine codes do the mk4 ibizas come in? AFAIK it was only ASZ but aparently they also do a BLT engine code aswell. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

Oh and before you all say search, i have and couldnt find any info

In short it looks like a 2006 revision to the ASZ engine and they messed it up - it looks like many furby owners are getting stuttering occuring.

ah ok ed cheers, did just quickly flick through those links.Cheers mate, its just regarding the possible group buy of sachs uprated clutches, someone asked if it would fit the "BLT" engine code and as far as i was aware it didnt exist in the ibiza, but clearly it does in the fabia and the polo.

I have a BLT engine code and only noticed a slight stuttering when crawling at 2k revs in first for 10-20 secs then putting the foot down further, only maybe once or twice have i actually acknowledged it do it, very rarely at all, and only when driving like a tool like that. I just put it down to low back pressure in the exhaust as this happened on a honda VTEC i had that had a very low pressure freeflow exhaust if you gave light throttle then booted it, it felt like it was winding the springs back up bfore getting full power again. In my FR normal driving doesnt produce any effects, and when it does its nothing like whats been mentioned in those threads

Could be, or not be related, this stutter seemed to worsen when i attatched the cupra 160 intake
