Hi haven't been on the forum for a few years now as I haven't had a seat, still been looking at the forum from time to time, Over the last few years after parting with my seat Leon fr 2008, I have had a Fabia vrs 14 twin charge had its problems but nice drive but looked pig ugly. Then Mazda mx5 2010 sport Tech didn't like this car at all can't see why it is rated so high. Then a 2011 ford focus 1.6 diesel titanium every extra possible this was ford show car but engine was gutless, traded this in for a pug 208gti 63 plate loved this car nicest car I have had up till today but had to many timing chain problems, new Timing Chain Tensioner at 800 miles and then again at 4500 plus timing chain this seems to be a big problem with the cooper s engines (as used in the 208 gti) so that also had to go. I have lost about 10k changing these cars.
Anyway yesterday I went to look at a used Leon cupra 3 door in red 280 dsg only extras was leather heated seats, 14 plate 900 miles £21k took it out for a test drive and that was that picked it up today hoping I will keep this car for a few year as a am now skint.
