On the underside of the armrest lid appears to be a thing for, possibly holding papers? Has anybody removed it yet? It's just annoying me...

Considering one of these myself, does the black plastic on the base of the armrest look ok mounted on the grey plastic around the cup holders?

Yeah it looks grand, to be honest you hardly ever see the sides of it, in fact i didn't notice it was darker till I saw your post!

Nice one, cheers! There's bits and pieces of black trim on my interior anyway, handbrake and doors etc so it should match in ok!

Now I just need to go empty the penny jar :/ lol
