i was informed that it was a good deal as it came with 8 sets of spare wheels and load of other spares, the fact that it would never be road legal kinda put me off, but ive no doubt its one of the fastest leons ill ever see
Looks terrible IMHO. I mean, fair enough it might be quick but I'd be ashamed to be seen driving it (even if legal!). It's garish to the point of being rediculous. I love the understated good looks of the Leon. The FR/Cupra/CupraR changes are quite subtle and enhance the look but I think this pink monstrosity goes the opposite way, personally.

They're keeping their value well - they were only £40k+vat new back in 2007
I drove one in 2007/8 - excellent fun, and not like your regular shopping trolley Cupra / Cupra R at all.
You could road legalise one, but you wouldn't in reality.

I bet they do come with additonal or at least bigger fuel tanks, but yeah wouldnt really last long.
I wouldve thought you would have to dumb it down a lot to make it road legal, in terms of power and emissions but never really thought about it. Youd be knackered the first speed bump you got to, so no trips to tesco's anyway

In real-world terms what road cars are these comparable with (speedwise) or is there no comparison at all?
Lateral G forces are better than any road tyre can provide - there's no sensible comparison.
