not seen your email..

std head bolts fine
metal impellor pumps wont fail on their pump impellors, but every one I have seen has a weep thru the main shaft seal.. i am back on plastic oe pump on mine... will see how it fares

cambelt fine.. manual tensioner is a preference.. I run one now, but ran std before.. no issues either way.

I went with ARP Head stud kit, ARP rod bolt kit. I would get metal impeller, i have the IE Cambelt kit which i did 5000km ago but i changed that to OEM again because it had become very soft.
