Polishing chrome

Just wondering whats the best products to polish chrome as my alloys have got water corrosion and I want to try rectify it if this is possible

something like Autosol which you can buy from pretty much anywhere and is a general metal polish. if you want something a bit more specialised then DoDo Juice SN Metal polish / sealant.
