Yes mate, they are the Dog Bone mount. Stops the engine rocking when under load. Stops wheel hop when the wheels spin. Make the whole car feel tighter. Best cheap mod i have done, and im sure others will agree.

That's on my 'to do' mod list, even though I'm not a fast driver by any means I can still see the benefit of an uprated engine mount.

i did it to my cupra, i did it to my lcr, best thing i had done, my mate did it to his pd150 golf = worst thing he ever did, made the car shake like mad lol bloody dirty D's lol

hmm, was it done properly? they have to be torqued on correctly. overtightened can cause severe vibration as I found on 1st LCR..

brilliant mod though still! need the full bush kit now though, and engine mounts.. then I'll be happy!

I have a DIRTY D lol should I bother?

deffos a good mod, i eventually contracted my local legend to fit it for me, made a really good difference along with all the other polybushes powerflex do. freshened up my aging suspension

my mate had the same bush as me and it was solid, i wasnt suprised when he said it was shaky stevens but i was told there was one for the D's a little softer but still stiffer than a oem one, (so many bad jokes i wanted to put in to this response)
