possible replacement car?

I was sold on it when I saw it at the Paris Motorshow last year. I was sure it was what I wanted.. then I looked inside, moved the seats about & had a look at the boot... then I wasn't at all sure. The UK price just put me off as it's frankly ridiculous, so I looked at the lower spec ones & they really didn't do it for me.

As others have said, Top Gear are going to be covering the car this weekend. We already know they absolutely love it (from the magazine), so expect the remaining 60 to get snapped up pretty quickly after the broadcast...

I have a friend who has one. He's suggested we do a 'mini-meet' with me, him and two of his friends who have a Clio Cup and an Astra VXR. I'm worried that the Boc will be embarrassed by that lot .

Geta mini cooper s works if you. Want an awesome car. I had the clubman cooper s workswhen it first came out and loved it.

Ds3R has same engine as. Cooper s so reliability will be 1000% better than the 1.4 tsi

got some performance figures for you here from EVO

no bad results for the polo considering the others are more powerful by between 11-30hp!! *takes the mini up until 80mph before its extra 30hp allows it to beat the Polo. *they should really have compared it to the normal Coop S though and not the Cooper S JCW.

Bear in mind the Polo GTI runs the same chassis, gearbox, engine and power as the fabia vRS and Ibiza cupra as well so they would be neigh on identical in performance to it

great looking but £23k? way to much for a citroen. a mate of mine who has a ds3 and uses a ds3 forum reckons someone who has a racing has had it mapped and i think the power went from 207 to 240-250...

So i was there at Goodwood, milling around taking pics and then I spotted this..........

DS3 R - this car is hand built by Citroens rally department and only 200 are made for the UK market with only 60 left. It also comes in white by the way with CF greay where all the orange is on this one. So a base 1.6T DS3 sport is taken by them, replace the cylinder head, performance exhaust system, performance brake upgarde, ECU remap and a few other little touches inside including what must be the most comfy bucket seats i have ever sat in.

207PS which aint too bad and nice options as standard. The price tag for this limited edition race spec car..............................

£23 000.00!!!!!!! I must admit, i was VERY tempted and so was the missus!

I test drove the DS3 when earlier this year it is a very nice car with great interior (comfy leather seats, the DSR is even better as it is very rare and looks really nice!! worth a test drive.

Jason there is one in the white in the Citroen head office in Slough (Well was last Monday) I live 2 mins away from it. A member of staff there has the black one. Best of all friends of mine work there and I could ask for a test drive of one, If your interested I can but ask?
