why do they fall off? haha Can't get the ones that rotate and tighten ??

I only do 70mph on long distance aw they just over time become lose

In the first photo the car was running 20mm back and 10mm front with H&R sport Springs (part 29176) and stock tire size.
Second photo was running 10mm back and 5mm front with the same springs, had to get the 20mm's off as it would rub with the 235/40 18 RS2's I have at the moment!
Did some track attack with both set-up with no issues what so ever.
