When the new MY22 car was announced on 1st July they updated the specs and it looked like a fair few items had been dropped.
As I ordered my car on the morning of 1st July my order was based on the MY21 spec, but on coming home and checking something on the
Formentor configurator in the afternoon after they had updated the Cupra site with the new MY22 info, I noticed the spec had changed for the worse and emailed the dealer to say that it looked like the following had been dropped from the standard spec.
- Door mirrors (electrically adjustable, folding and heated)
- Interior ambient lighting
- Black headlining
- Height-adjustable front seats
- Driver and passenger seat with lumbar adjustment
- Central locking system "Keyless Entry" with fingerprint "two-stage unlocking”
He emailed me back to say that the black headlining had changed to grey on the V1 and V2 and that the heated steering wheel was now standard on DSG models (I already thought it was standard) and “All other features remain as previous, although they may not be highlighted in
brochure, they are still fitted.”
So from that I’m taking it to be that the folding mirrors and everything else not now listed is still standard.
