Power steering question

Hi folks, my partner got a 2014 Seat Ibiza a few weeks ago and is happy out with it but in the last week the steering will go stiff for a second or two while driving. This doesn't happen every time she drives but I am guessing from reading past posts the power steering pump is on its way out.

My question is, is there any videos/tutorials that I can watch for changing it. I am happy out working away on cars myself if I have a rough guide.
