good choice mate, love mine! Go for straight through with a middle box delete and then the smallest powerflow backbox where the old one was, sounds lovely and is still nice on the motorway 
this is what i had done... I'm really intrigued to see what they do about the tail pipe exit on yours, sometimes wonder if I should have gone for a tip of some sort!

Yeah its nice and loud under load and burbles on idle. The best bit of it is to shove it in manual, and with 50-100% throttle on change up between 4000-5000 rpm and hear the bangs! Came back from Brands Hatch via the Dartford tunnel the other week went up and down the box having a hoon lol, i guarentee it will bring out the big kid in you! I have managed to make a chav drop his food as he came out the chippy by popping the exhaust LOL.
Let me know what you think to no backboxes, must admit I am tempted to remove mine and go straight through. When the manager of the place came out when i had it fitted he saw the little box and said "you're brave!" but when we fired it up it wasnt as loud as we expected it to be. I guess thats the supercharger and turbo quietening it down!

Err I have some videos somewhere, will have to dig them out. Only problem is the video doesn't do the sound justice.
Nah unfortunately not even Stage 1 yet!! Waiting for the Revo sale later in the year to get a Stage 1, slowly getting my mods done though lol

nice one! you running a similar set up to me then? shame the tips dont really fit, not much room to turn the pipe and fit one i guess.

Straight through was popping and banging when I lifted off and I would off got pulled over all the time haha , but it has a lovely roar to it now, so I am happy looking at inter coolers now, and I'll take some tomorrow as it has been raining all day! Haha
That has to be the worst tail pipe ive seen on any car ever. Where they happy to leave it like that!!!!!! its not even straight
