The gains of dpf delete are far more minimal on the cr due to the dpf being far far less of a restriction. My car made 217 and 500 nm heat soaked to the balls. It should b around the 225 mark in reality. I say should as it hasn't been rolling roaded since 4th of feb will b the proving ground.
I'll give it to you that the gains arent as much from stg1 to stg2 on the CR, but there is no way in a month of sundays that by 5harks own advertisement that removing the dpf has not had any effect on increasing my bhp.
Ben said himself, 220 was an unlikely figure. I guess it depends which rollers your on as I have learned. Rolling road day at a heartbreak roller up in Scotland. Extreme motorsports
ha, i like to prove a point but i aint driving that far north to do it. I'll check with ben to see when his rollers are free, then we will have a decent comparison. but obviously its not all about max bhp defence coming out already!
Stage 1 at 210 is inflated also as has been said 195-200 in real life terms. Most pd170 on stage 1 maps hardly make any bhp. Torque is increased and the power kicks in quicker as it comes in lower down in the rev range
210 for ***** was the estimate. But the rollers seem to struggle for 200. Nup not only cc for stage 1 pd's across the range. If younger to increase fueling higher up the range it clogs the Pd dpf. That's 1 reason Revo binned it
i know thats why revo ditched the pd map, but i cant see why mechanically the cr is slower than pd when both of them have their dpf's off, but im no expert
It's to do with the way the pump dues engine mechanically delivers it's fueling. Gives a bit more scope. I am no expert. But only going from what I have been told.
fleebay might have some, if not contact dave at SERE on this site, probably cheaper than getting from Ireland than a stealers over here. but tbh mate i wouldnt bother, ive got one on the CR and its cheap plastic and the paint is about as thin as my patience with it.
Best thing to do is:
Get the spoiler, get the skirts and buy a mk1 leon front splitter from the stealers. looks loads better.
