neil. i payed a visit to pro alloy and they made it custom for me. £120

Because I knew I needed brackets to drop it below the towing eye and took it and fitted it with the place that did the brackets thats how. Seriously working out which bits go where is not that hard. Cooler is obvious and the piping you work from the cooler back. Not really many options with it tbh. Actually fitting it so it sits well is a different matter and it took a whole solid day well into the evening to get right.

Im gonna need a smaller washer bottle aswell anyone got one i can have or a pt number for the one i need? Im going to takle this next weekend cause i have the use of my dads car so i can take my time with it, will take pic as i go.

Well unless someone fitted a smaller bottle to my car before I got it then yes.

Finally got my intercooler fitted dont like the way it sits, people who have made up brackets to move it across and down would they be intrested in making me some willing to pay for them just havent got a clue when it comes to this sort of thing. Any help with this would be great?

Also so i dont know why but car feels different in a power loss way, doesnt seem to pull as hard as it did i did the N249 bypass before fitting not sure if it due to this anyone have any suggestions?

Did you only have the standard ibiza side mount intercooler before this?

check the map sensor pipe as it is a common problem as there was a bad batch. check it is a tight fit as you push it in.

Update on my problem, today took all pipe work off checked map sensor put it all back together, found somethings loose and also re connected my N249 valve took it for a test drive and all back to normal even better now i think, im not sure if it was the valve or the pipework, but goes like a rocket. One thing i did notice was the silicone pipework supplied in the kit seemed to be softer than the forge/samco tip that i have that does worry me a little, really want to find a metal working place to see if they can make me some so i can change all the pipework for ali hard pipes.
