Ok.so fitting pro sport coilovers to the rear of the car as my h&r shocks were f**ked. However theres not enough length in the threaded bit at the top where it goes through the suspension mounts. I have tried using two of the smaller (Top) mounts instead of the bigger lower mount but still doesn't fit. Has anyone experienced this before.or know of a fix? Different mounts maybe?

Cheers for th reply I've jacked the hub up as far as it goes until it compress the shock and does nothing else but lift the car up. I can get the nut onto the thread but only when I don't use a washer.

Why can they not make thivs properly all it needs is an etc 10mm of length ggggrrrrr

All what is on top of it is the plate for the spring to sit against which is I a fixed position the a spacer about 15mm the a nut to hold.everything in place. If I was to remove the spaced the rubber mount would be free to move around on top on the coilover. From what I can see I would say the actual length of the threaded bit is to short. That or the suspension mounts are to Big and I'm using the small top mount as a bottom mount.

Strange. Hard to figure without seeing it, Only thing i would try is maybe drop the car back down and see if the weight pushes the thread through enough to get it all back together again?

Only you would get so many problems Ginge lol. I was just gonna say same drop car in floor see if get enough threads. If they are for car don't see why wouldn't fit unless set you wrong ones.
