problem with drop link bolt

i have a problem with the bottom drop link bolt into the bottom arm it will not tighten just keeps spinning it is a brand new bolt and the bottom arms are only a few months old

You may have to retap your lower arm where the bolt goes into the arm or helicoil it but if none off them work it’s a new arm

Don't most drop links has a torx bit in the end that you have to hold while you tighten the bolt? just like a ball joint.

On the cupra r and mk2 onwards but on the mk1 there are different type they don’t have 2x ball joints and a metal bar in between them they have two rubber bushes and plastic rod

These kind? Seems that 1 side needs to be help with an allen/torx to tighten the nut, and the other side would just be a nut and bolt?
