Probs after remap

All well and good if you have your own garage and the know-how to do it yourself, but paying AT LEAST £100 for someone else to do it annually for the next ten years?

You do have a point there...I did the work myself so it didn't cost me anything(i work at a Skoda dealership).I was thinking initially about getting an uprated clutch but at 70 EUR total cost for the OE parts I thought it was worth a try and so far I'm more than happy with that choice,especially since I'm way past the 1 year mark...:yes:

Just to update you all, I paid £750 for a new clutch and flywheel, they had ordered one but it didn't fit so I got a Sachs. It wasn't the organic one I dont think, since then I have done about 12K miles of pretty stupid driving and I haven't had a single problem with it since. Other than I keep warping brake disc's. They're next on the parts list!!!! :D
