I made sure they gave me the updated disc before buying the car. Probably didn't cost them to much.

Copied the discs onto an SD card using the media system. Frees up the CD drive[/QUOTE

Thanks mate will ask them to do that.......... :)

mork.............. in a nutshell what was your view on the LCR? i have read loads but none of the reviews are that conclusive?

Suspension is very stiff at the rear - uncomfortably so at times (the one I drove in October felt more than the first one I drove a year or so back

If it was my money, I'd be hard pushed not to get an FR+ with the 211 engine as that 'feels' almost as strong, and rides significantly better.

That said, when you really give it the beans, it revs like a NA 16v engine & goes like little else.

With the prices as they are, surely it will be the fastest, most powerful SEAT ever make - they won't do this again

Mork.........Thats the one I am going for :) There are some for 15K but there not as good spec. I am also confused as to why some dont have Xeons?

Jason..... I have no idea what that stands for but I assume it is good??

Ross........ thanks for the infor. How do you get hold of the update?

Also everyone what should come with it? Should I get a disc and a radio code?

I also saw the car mentioned on here in another disscusion. People seemed to be concerned about the hostory of the car, I looked into this and it was one of the Managers at Blacklands MK (Seat HQ) I used to work there so know a few of the staff still and after asking around it was one of the senior managments car. The guy is 40+ and not the type to abuse his cars.

For The Mutha Frikken Win = FTMFW!

Your link to the review you did is brillient. Very usefull.

Also the pic with the Boca you can see my flats in the background ......... Small world lol

Thanks Jason...... we will have to meet up again once I have got the car.

Enjoy.

sounds like you got one with the tech pack

An talking about colour i have noticed that Yellow ones seem a lot cheaper than white ones

I asked about that as well, I was told by the dealer it is because the Crono yellow is no longer an option. To me I would of thought that would make it more expensive.

Anyhow I wanted a Yellow or a Red one, They contrast well with the Black and I have already had a white car.

and Yea it has the Tech pack. I personly normaly avoid most options as there is more to go wrong, however It will be nice to have it all and not try to retro fit anything lol

Which is odd, because in 18 months time the yellow one & the white one will be almost the same colour as it fades :)

Deposit paid and the finance excepted, I am hoping to pic it up Saterday :)

Congratulations buddy, I saw this one myself and was very tempted, its a very very good price and I think Crono is the best colour. Did you see the other newer one without the Xenons etc?

Good luck with it

Rob

After reading the rview on the cupra r I noticed it says that the fuel pump has been uprated does this mean it creates more pressure than the old one?
What I'm asking is would it still need replaced for another if tuned to stage 2 etc?
