So to cut a long story short. I broke a FPR nipple on the inlet manifold. So it's time to change the mani for a nice one see pic also needed a new gasket and fuel injector seals.. So while I have this off I would love to change the pvc system with silicone piping and clear out the vac lines to eliminate boost issues but keep the oil lines running as standard but with better hoses.
See the oily pic
If anyone is able to give me a nice map Wright up of a easy to follow how to that would be fantastic il post up my work along the way once I'm done or in the process for people to take idea or future reference.

I dunno. The last car I had, had one on. Then the garage got rid of it as they said it's not needed. Also have read a few posts from people sayin they havnt got one.

Now this is how I will run my lines on the inlet see pic

Not sure what ur getting at. The pcv (positive crank vent) comes of the crank case as a breather pipe and recircs into the tip and brake servo. The catch can is added between the crank case and tip to stop oily residues building up in the system, dulling the octane rating. What engine you got?

Yep 19mm. I just used vac pipe but i wish id of bought reinforced silicone hose now. It works just its streched a little with the heat. But basicly take the weird pipe that flatens of of the crank case and disconect where it goes down and left and put a 19mm L piece in. Take the pipe out that connects to the tip and bin the wierd hocky puck thing. Then pipe from crank case to a T piece, dwnward pipe to the 19mm L piece. The pipe then goes to the catch can and then back to the tip. Empty every month to start with then every couple

See that T piece is a one way valve off the crank isn't it? Also gets clogged up.. Im not putting in another T from the crank! Gonna run straight from the crank R bend all the way to a T. The other two exits from the T will be for the rocker valve and Turbo intake. This will remove the hocky puck. And I can always add a can with the left over piping/hose if I change my mind. Thats all I plan on doing. No more vac lines in that part of the system. Tell me what you think to this idea? A good opinion would be nice.. Also open to criticism as it will be something to think about too.

Just one T piece i said. Crank/servo is the bottom, rocker left and oil catch right then to tip. Easy really
