From my understanding, the supercharger kicks in from 1 rpm as it is connected to the crankshaft, in turn, the exhaust gas spools up the turbo, is the turbo phrased in over certain rpm's or does it cut in and stops the supercharger at a specific rpm.
what determines how much boost is produced by the turbo? purely based on rpm?
Not really relevant to anything really, just curious to learn more about this great engine.
