hey, I just found some raceland coilovers for the the ibiza on ebay and they seem to have good reviews after searching around on various forums....

Just wondering if they will fit my 1.4? (they say they fit the polo aswell but i didnt think polo suspension was the same so )

£177 is dirt cheap for coilovers - I'm a firm believer of "buy cheap buy twice" but if you can spare it then try them out.

Im saving for KW V1's at the minute.

I was planning on getting some better ones such as weitecs but they seem a bit expensive (I dont want to spend too much on this car - upgrading as soon as i can afford insurance!)

Does anyone know what Quinn (insurance) are like with coilovers? does it cost a lot to add them? (I am obviously going to declare all mods to cover my ass so...)

i would advise weitecs im running them on mine siting silly low and still surprisingly comfy defo worth paying the extra :)

Hmm I would love too... but I have just got an invoice for £270 for a load of work done on my car over the last few months and now a little tight money wise as i currently dont have a job. If I manage to sell my old ped for about £550 I might be able to get some though :p

Surely if you're getting rid now, you're just putting yourself £177 further from replacement?
