radiator fan not working

hey everyone recently bought myself a ibiza cupra and i must say i love it! but recently iv noticed it overheating when im stood still, its fine when driving sits perfectly at 90 but when stopped in traffic or wherever it creeps up to the 100-110 mark, now iv noticed my radiator fan does kick in? or if it does i cant hear it what could cause this? iv had a quick look around for loose wires ect but cant see anything, also been noticed a few things about an electric water pump that comes on after you switched the car off? iv not heard this working either? any ideas guys?

the right had fuse on top of the battery had it on both my cupras had to buy new fusebox

cheers fellas checked them today and yep the right hand fuse one of the blades has melted to the plastic so goin to order a new one monday cheers again fellas, also would this sort the secondary water pump aswell?

dont ignore it.. it has been known to get so hot as to catch fire.

whats known to catch fire mate the fuse holder on top of the battery? also could someone tell me were the secondary water pump actually is? and how will i no if it working or not does it make a buzzing noise when its on or somethin?

Water pump

Mate that noise you here is the secondary water pump. It's there to feed the turbo with water to cool it after you've used it!

It's right at the front on the left, right near the grill! Yeah it makes a buzzing noise. Mines ****ed but its not something you really need. I just fitted a turbo timer!
