2015 Alhambra 2.0TDI Fan runs OK at start up but sometimes stops after a while. Suggestion is motor brushes worn out. There seems to be 2 types of fan fitted 1K2820015 control module mounted or 7E0819021A( dealer says this is my type) no control module fitted. Mine has the Climatronic aircon. I have a spare fan so will try it when the weather improves. Why the 2 different types of fan?
Dealer gave me wrong info that number is for the rear passenger compartment fan. The correct part number is 3C2 820 15F with the control module for the Climatronic aircon system.
