Hi all! I've decided to install parking heater in my Leon MK3. It was never available even as an optional equipment but it is possible to use mix of Golf MK7 and Ateca parts to retrofit it. Currently I am collecting parts, but I will provide full installation and wiring instruction once I start retrofitting it in my car.
I am from Poland and cost of parts is estimated to be around 750€. I will try to install it myself - person that does not have much experience with fiddling around engine.
Also I've found and ordered bundle with remote control unit, remote control and antenna.
Due to lack of second-hand ones and absudly high price of new climatronic units I am considering to order Golf MK7 unit with heater button (white illumination) and Ateca pre-FL unit with heater button (red illumination) so I can merge them into one unit with correct buttons shape and white illumination. We will see, it is not required to start and test this retrofit so it might wait a bit longer.

Car specs
My car is Leon MK3 hatchback from 2017 (facelift) with 1.4 TSI 125KM CZCA engine and MQ200 6-speed manual gearbox. All interior buttons and switches are swapped to have white diodes so climatronic panel also needs to have white illumination.Parts list
Have in mind that this list is prepared specifically for my car. Some parts will be the same (e.g. electronics and wiring) but others might not. Diesel engines needs to have other heater unit, hoses might be different, fuel lines might be different and so on - you get it. Final words
For now I was able to order second-hand heater unit with most of the required parts - hoses, intake, exhaust, coolant pump and other small parts.Also I've found and ordered bundle with remote control unit, remote control and antenna.
