Hello i know it was a thread already.

I've got a 2002 asv leon. Loosing coolant every 5-6hundred miles. The coolant actually going out through the expansion tank, because of, it starts to boiling but just high rev above 3k, the dash not showing anything stuck at 90degrees, how i found out one day i was thinking to check out what happenning on high rev i plugged the vag-com in, and then just saw the coolant was 116degrees. I changed my rad the sensors fanswitch, flush the system, i think i've done totally everything.

There is no any other external leak, the pipes not overpressured, the system clean, and the water pump moving the coolant in the tank.

Any advice?

(Dont say headgasket):cry::cry::cry:

hi mate

have you checked to make sure the waterpump has not broken internally.even when a engine is tested for head gasket problems with a leak tester it will be ok but that will not show up the broken waterpump
and these engines can crack cyclinder bores. also the oil coolers are known for failing right throu the vw/audi/seat/skoda range and showing up as oil in coolant tank.
