Radio Volume

Can someone explain to me how I turn the speed sensitivity off on the Radio - its a good feature, but its doing my freaking head in

I can't find the manual for it, so at the moment its "aarrrrgh" as most of my driving is up and down the Midlands motorways and byways!

Press and hold the prog button and when you get the program features up cycle through till you find the right setting
