After reading about F1s in recent topic i have gone off them.

But i hear rainsports are realy good in all weather conditions, and are of simular price to the Goodyears.

Im tempted to buy a set in the next few days, anyone have any good or bad experiances with them ?

Thanks

goodyears do grip slightly better in the dry but show the rainsport a corner or deep puddle in the wet and its a different story. good rim protection on both.

uniroyal.

had them on my cordoba and they are spot on.
going to put them on my vrs as and when ,as many have reported ,F1's from china are shite.

Considering our weather, anything that makes driving in the wet better is a good idea...

cheers for that craig.must have miss read a previous debate.

I was worried when I read all the posts at first as I had just had some Chinese fitted the day before.

Having read abit deeper though they have all the nessesary E numbers and are performing just as well as the German ones that they replaced.

I always thought E numbers were bad:whistle:

do the rainsports wear ok? any worse/better than say F1's or toyo T1R's.

consdidering the rainsports as it is more often wet than dry up here in scotchland

they wear better than f1's imho, but that's the trade off with slightly less dry grip(not much of a difference).
and looking out of the window,we need all the wet grip we can get at the moment.
