every couple of months maybe

just keep an eye on it for debris and judge when you think it needs cleaning.

PS.. I have'nt had to clean MrsB's Lupo 1.8T RamAir since fitting yet 12+months ago. I have checked it and its still pretty clean.

It's all about the sound induction roar, turbo spinning up and dump valve sound.
