Mine's just done exactly the same

can i ask just how tight you are all tightening the jubliee clip onto the MAF (presuming this is the connection you are experiencing problems with)

example I have been shown is massively overtightened on the jubilee clip, extruding the rubber so thin it tears thru.

its intake hose and does not need to be over tightened.

Mine was the same. though it was the angle of the filter onto the MAF. Just over time it has put stress on it. Now have another 45 degree pipe between the two which has solved the problem
